Day-of-Coordination (Only):
Day-of-coordination ($450.00):
* I will be there as early as venues will allow until a little after cake cutting.
* I will help you with your time line: needing all contact information for your vendors (contact name, company name, phone number & what they will be doing for you).
* I will of course help with what the set-up should look like (no actual set-up).
* I prefer to do a walk-thru with you, so that I'm aware of the set-up and where you would like everything.
* I am more than willing to assist with price checks with vendors and rentals for dishware and other items.
Event Set-up (Only):
Wedding set-up ($600 and up):
* We will be there as early as venues will allow until reception is all set-up & ready to go!
* This includes: Tables, chairs, table settings, some decorations, cake table, gift table and buffet table.
* I prefer to do a walk-thru with you, so that I'm aware of the set-up and where you would like everything.
* I am more than willing to assist with price checks with vendors and rentals for dishware and other items.
* Please note, this does not included day of coordination.
* Please note, depending on the size of the wedding I will have other workers there to assist with the set-up.
Event Set-up & Day-of-Coordination:
Full day ($900 and up):
* We will be there as early as venues will allow until a little after cake cutting.
* I will help you with your time line: needing all contact information for your vendors (contact name, company name, phone number & what they will be doing for you).
* We will be there to set-up for the entire wedding.
* I prefer to do a walk-thru with you, so that I'm aware of the set-up and where you would like everything.
* I am more than willing to assist with price checks with vendors and rentals for dishware and other items.
* Please note, I will have other workers there to assist with the set-up.
* Payment requirements: Pay 1/2 day of walk-thru and 1/2 two weeks prior to wedding/event date.
